1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Mango Roofing & Painting Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By instructing us to carry out work, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.2 These terms form a legal agreement between you (“the customer”) and Mango Roofing & Painting Ltd and may only be amended with our written consent.
1.3 We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will not affect work already agreed prior to the update.
2. Quotations & Acceptance
2.1 All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation.
2.2 Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
2.3 A contract is formed once you accept our quotation verbally, in writing, or by instructing us to begin work.
2.4 We reserve the right to decline any work at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 All prices are provided in pounds (£) and will be clearly outlined in your quotation.
3.2 A deposit may be required prior to work commencing.
3.3 The remaining balance is due upon completion of the agreed work unless otherwise stated.
3.4 We reserve the right to amend pricing if additional work is required that was not included in the original quotation. Any changes will be discussed and agreed with you before proceeding.
4. Services
4.1 We provide roofing and painting services including, but not limited to, roof repairs, new roof installations, guttering, leadwork, exterior painting and associated works.
4.2 All work will be carried out with reasonable care and skill in accordance with industry standards.
4.3 Timeframes provided are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.
5. Cancellations
5.1 You may cancel agreed work by providing reasonable notice prior to the scheduled start date.
5.2 If work has already commenced, you may be charged for labour, materials and any costs incurred up to the cancellation date.
6. Guarantees & Workmanship
6.1 We aim to deliver high-quality workmanship on every project.
6.2 Any guarantees provided will be specific to the service or materials used and will be outlined in your quotation or invoice.
6.3 Guarantees do not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or external factors beyond our control.
7. Liability
7.1 We will not be liable for delays or failure to complete work due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions.
7.2 We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues unless specifically identified and agreed prior to work commencing.
7.3 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
8. Insurance
8.1 Mango Roofing & Painting Ltd hold appropriate insurance for the services we provide. Details are available upon request.
9. Customer Responsibilities
9.1 You agree to provide access to the property and ensure a safe working environment.
9.2 You must inform us of any known issues that may affect the work before it begins.
10. Personal Data
10.1 We will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11.2 Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
